Build Your Own Dredger

We handle all the complex multidisciplinary engineering — fully assembled and factory tested. You build the steel hull at your local yard and fit everything together with our supervision. Standard welding, major savings.

Dredge Yard supply parts — complete skid assembly with pump, hydraulics, control panel and cutter components
STEP 1

We Deliver — Complete Machinery Package

We handle everything that requires complex multidisciplinary engineering — pump drive, hydraulics, cutter mechanics, automation — fully assembled and factory-tested as one complete skid arrangement.

  • Dredge pump, drive train, spud hoisting system & complete hydraulic system with piping
  • Cutter unit, turning points, winch skid & gantry sheave blocks
  • Control panel, electrical systems & automation
  • Fully assembled, factory tested & container transportable
STEP 2

You Build — Steel Structures

Using our detailed engineering drawings, your local shipyard builds the hull and structural steelwork. This is all standard plate construction and welding — no specialized dredger expertise needed.

  • Pontoon hulls — standard steel plate welding
  • Cutter ladder, A-frame & suction pipe structures
  • Complete engineering drawings & material list provided
  • Build locally — significantly reduce labour & logistics costs
Pontoon hull internal framework — stiffeners and structural steelwork by shipyard Completed pontoon hull exterior — standard steel plate construction
Skid assembly being placed into pontoon hull Main pontoon sub-assembly — Dredge Yard components connecting to hull Deck components assembled on main pontoon Cutter unit, turning points and gantry sheave blocks — assembled by Dredge Yard Complete assembled CSD 500 dredger — all systems connected
STEP 3

Assemble — Connect & Launch

With our engineers on site for supervision, your team fits the machinery into the hull, routes the wiring, and connects all systems. Then it's time to launch.

  • Place skid into pontoons & weld into position
  • Route wiring through hull & cutter ladder
  • Connect all systems — Dredge Yard supervision on site
  • Commission, test & launch your dredger
