Water Injection Dredger

Dredge Yard Water Injection Dredger is designed to be dismountable and easy transportable and easy assembly. The jet water system is adjustable for different depth and can be adjusted to reach the required depth. The Jet Water Dredger uses onboard dredge pump.

Applications

Dredge Yard dredgers are designed for a wide range of applications to support various dredging projects, including land reclamation, port maintenance, river deepening, sand mining, and environmental dredging.

River Dredging and Deepening

Dredging equipment for river dredging can include cutter suction dredgers depending on the conditions on site. Some of the factors to consider are river currents, water depth and materials to be dredged. In addition to different dredger types and sizes, we offer dredging equipment customization (e.g. increasing swing length, extending dredging depth) according to project requirements.

Our standard dredger series includes one truck transportable Cutter Suction Dredgers. Compact cutter suction dredgers allow for easy and economical dredger transport to the project site. In addition to this, the dredger can be easily removed from water and stored for later use.


Settling Pond Dredging

Pond dredging may involve petrochemical sludge, fly ash pond (produced by burning coal) or desliming ponds in mining operations. Dredging of a pond can be performed using cutter suction dredgers when the materials have settled over a longer period of time and have become compact. Our dredgers are compact, and can be easily transported and operated in remote locations and ponds of varying sizes.

Reservoir, Lakes, Dams Dredging

Type of dredging equipment used for reservoir dredging, lake dredging and dam dredging depends on a variety of factors on site. Namely, water depth, accessibility and type of material, play an important role in the decision making process. Sediments in lakes and reservoirs mainly consist of clay, silt and varied sizes of sand. It can also contain chemical precipitates, organic debris and often, combinations of these. Therefore, it is vital to analyze project location and requirements before selecting the type of dredger for the project.

Mine Tailing Removal and Dredging

Mine tailing dredging equipment depends on the nature of the materials to be dredged. When mine tailings contain leftover chemicals, they must be dredged and disposed of with precision. When more power is required due to more compact, harder materials, our cutter suction dredgers are the more appropriate equipment choice.

Our cutter suction dredgers can be used for canal dredging and channel dredging, depending on the conditions on site. Our dredgers are compact – one truck and one container transportable. The compact design allows for efficient operation on remote project sites, as well as narrow canals and channels. Additionally, we offer to customize dredging equipment according to the specific canal and channel dredging project requirements. As an example, customization can include extension of dredging depth or an increase in cutting power

Marina and Harbor Dredging

Our dredgers are compact size, easily transportable and maneuverable in small areas. Therefore, maintenance dredging can be performed without causing much disruption to marina and harbor operations. Our cutter suction dredgers offer more power for dredging compact, harder materials. After use, it can be easily removed from water and stored until needed for maintenance dredging again. Therefore, in the long term, purchasing a dredger for regular maintenance is an economical and practical solution.
